GEORGETOWN COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a shooting left one person dead.

Deputies say the shooting happened at a club on Fuzzy Drive in the Oatland community early Saturday morning.

Investigators are gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses to try and identify a suspect. However, the Sheriff’s Office says those witnesses are not cooperating.

There is currently no word on the identity of the victim.
