Cooking the perfect poached egg can be a tricky task.
Gert it slightly wrong and you're looking at a disintegrated mess in a pan of boiling water. But Cindy, a food writer and founder of Salt and Serenity, has revealed that there's no need for any special kit to create a beautifully tender and intact poached egg - it can all be done in a microwave.
