Two agricultural parcels on Erie Avenue SW — totaling more than 38 acres — in Perry Township were purchased by Shelly Materials Inc. for $2.29 million.
An 86.7-acre grain farm on Navarre Road SW in Sugar Creek Township sold for $1.05 million, and a 20-acre wooded property on Ben Fulton Avenue in Tuscarawas Township sold for about $1.42 million.
The real estate transfers cover July 12 to July 18.
