One of the Royal Family's ex-employees has revealed what it was like to work with Prince Harry .

Ailsa Anderson was press secretary for the late Queen Elizabeth II.

She opened up about what Prince Harry was like before he quit the UK and move with wife Meghan Markle to the US after leaving his position as a senior royal.

In a new Channel 5 documentary 'Prince Harry: My Terrible Year', Alisa spoke about the Duke of Sussex.

Ailsa, who knew Prince Harry well when he was younger, said: "My engagement and my experience with Prince Harry has only been positive.

"He is very warm and very engaging and kind, so only fond memories of him, truly.

"I think potentially it is almost a crossroads for him now, what does he do next?"
