Michigan home prices 2025: Which counties are seeing the biggest increases?

Homes across Michigan have become more expensive over the past year — but how much more depends on where you live.

From July 2024 through June 2025, 74 of 83 Michigan counties saw the median home sale price climb, compared to the 12 months prior. For 23 counties, the price hike was 10% or more.
