T he Ranch development, spanning 311.18 acres along Gilbert’s eastern border with five differently zoned districts within its boundaries, past its final town hurdle last week as the Planning Commission approved its master site plan.
The plan was submitted by Power Ranch Land Co. LLC, which owns the massive property located southwest of Elliot and Power roads and northwest of the Warner-Power intersection.
Project partners IndiCap, Colmena Group, and Langley Properties hailed the decision, calling the project “a landmark $1 billion mixed-use development.” Once completed, it will be Gilbert’s largest mixed-use development.
