One of HBO Max's most underrated anthology series has found a new home on Netflix as of August 5. Back in 2020, the HBO Max Original series Love Life debuted on the streaming platform. Labeled as an anthology series, each season follows a different individual as they navigate the world of modern dating and relationships. Season 1, starring Anna Kendrick, follows her character Darby, a young woman in her 20s working as an art gallery assistant in New York City. Viewers get to follow Darby’s love journey, from her first love to when she finally meets “The One.” Though Season 1 received mixed reviews from critics, it received an audience score of 83% on Rotten Tomatoes, but Season 2 is where the show truly shines.
