The Indiana Fever got themselves embarrassed pretty badly on Thursday as they battled the Phoenix Mercury in a road game at PHX Arena. It was just one of those nights for the Fever, who ended up suffering a 90-65 shellacking at the hands of the Mercury.

Much like the rest of the squad, Aliyah Boston struggled with her shot on Thursday, going just 1-of-6 from the field for four points. The three-time All-Star was able to register nine rebounds, three assists, two steals and a block, but it was far from enough to help Indiana avoid a deflating loss.

It was Indiana's fourth consecutive game on the road. This team has been travelling for the past eight days, and fatigue undeniably played a significant role in Thursday's loss. Boston, however, refused to make excuses.
