The Rogers and Fido online community forums allowed customers to interact with other customers and also get support for issues related to wireless, internet, TV and more from staff.
But now it appears Rogers has quietly killed off its online forums, including the Fido forums as well.
Navigating to the Rogers and Fido community forums now redirects to regular support webpages. This means the forums are no longer accessible and again removes a layer of support for customers. It seems like a clear sign they are gone for good, but this could be a maintenance thing and they have been taken offline temporarily.
Rogers hasn’t made any announcements about this change. Its @RogersHelps account on X still has a bio that says, “For more online help visit communityforums.rogers.com,” which may be o
