COLUMBUS, Ohio — Five larger-than-life models of bugs will be on display starting this month at the Columbus Metropolitan Library.
The bug models will be part of an interactive exhibit at the Main Library from Aug. 12 through Oct. 30.
The exhibit is free and open to the public.
The large-scale models include an 8-foot-tall firefly, dragonfly and moth, a 7-foot-tall grasshopper and a 4-foot-tall bumblebee.
Staff-led programs and customer-led activities will accompany the exhibit. Some of the activities include a buggy balloon scavenger hunt, build-a-bug and a baby buzz buzz party.
In addition, there will be bug-themed books available for customers to check out.
