COLUMBUS, Ohio — Six people were injured in a crash on Interstate 71 in northeast Columbus Sunday morning, according to a public safety dispatcher for the city.

The crash occurred on I-71 South near East Hudson Street around 5:15 a.m.

The dispatcher told 10TV one person was transported to Grant Medical Center in critical condition, one person was taken to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in critical condition and four others were taken to Nationwide Children's Hospital, where their conditions were described as "stable."

The dispatcher added that that all lanes were closed on I-71 South at Hudson while authorities investigated.

It is unclear what led to the crash at this time.
