Episode 3 of Project Runway 's 21st season officially aired on August 7th. Contestant Utica Queen (Ethan Mundt) attended a live viewing party at Roscoe's Tavern in Chicago, IL, hosted by drag queen Ari Gato and revealed some very interesting tidbits about this episode.
