JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jaguars kicker Cam Little made a 70-yard field goal as the first half expired in Jacksonville's preseason-opening loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers at EverBank Stadium on Saturday night, a kick that would have broken the NFL record had it been made in a regular-season game.
"Can't lie, there was probably a little bit of doubt," Little said. "But, I mean, we attempted a lot of long field goals in training camp. Had some 60, probably 65-pluses before [in practice]. And so, you know, I really wanted to just go out there and see what it would do."
