Construction crews are working through the summer heat to improve Michigan’s roads.

More than 85 road projects and special events will begin between Sunday, Aug. 10, and Saturday, Aug. 16, resulting in various levels of closures on the state’s primary roads, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT).
