SAGINAW, MI — A Saginaw man has been charged with shooting another man in an apparent dispute over a cellphone. He’s also facing charges of assaulting and stealing a cellphone from a different person two years prior.

On June 16, police responded to a shooting in the 300 block of South 13th Street. They encountered a 51-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his arm.
