Bryce Drummond, the son of Pioneer Woman star Ree Drummond , has lost an appeal to get his driver’s license back.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals upheld the revocation of the 22-year-old’s license on Aug. 1.

Bryce had the license temporarily revoked by Service Oklahoma after he was arrested by the Stillwater police on suspicion of being in control of a vehicle while intoxicated in May 2024.
