Luke Littler was on the receiving end of some heckling from the crowd at the Australian Darts Masters.

The world champion revealed a section of the fans in Wollongong, Sydney, targeted him during the final.

Littler beat Mike De Decker 8-4 on Saturday to secure the third World Series title of his career.

He had beaten Haupai Puha, Damon Heta and Stephen Bunting en route to the final.

Following his victory over De Decker, Littler revealed he had been heckled after missing trebles during the match.

The Nuke explained: "There was a group to my right… every time I didn't hit a treble they were like 'rubbish, rubbish'.

"Someone said I was washed. Not sure what he meant, obviously I'm washed but I just won. But the darts did the talking."
