ST. GEORGE — Raised partly in St. George, actor Gavin Lewis says his path to the screen started with a can of spray paint and a spark of curiosity.

Lewis appears in a recurring role in the first two seasons of the Emmy-nominated Apple TV+ dramedy "Shrinking," which stars Jason Segel and Harrison Ford. The series comes from the creative team behind "Ted Lasso," including Bill Lawrence, Brett Goldstein and the Doozer production team.

On the film side, Lewis starred alongside Tim Blake Nelson and Stephen Dorff in the Western thriller "Old Henry" directed by Potsy Ponciroli and produced by Hideout Films.
