Maybe if Freakier Friday leaned into the titular freakiness a little more, the Lindsay Lohan vehicle could have topped the b.o. The film still did quite well , coming it at number 2 with $29 million domestically, $45 million globally. According to Deadline , the film did best on Friday, indicating it was appointment viewing for Lilo-heads and perhaps “ehhh, I’ll see it when it’s on Disney+” status for others.
At number 3 was The Fantastic Four: First Steps with $
