During a guest appearance on the “Rulebreakers with Saraya” podcast, former WWE star Jake Hager shared a humorous story about a time he had to “save” his former AEW stablemate Chris Jericho during a wild night out on a WWE tour in Abu Dhabi.

A Night Out with the Boys

Hager set the scene on a late night out with the rest of the WWE roster. “We were out in Abu Dhabi and having a night, and all the boys were together,” he began. “And there was this guy in there calling himself a sheik… acting like he has money and stuff.”

According to Hager, Jericho did something to antagonize the man, who then began to escalate the situation in front of the other wrestlers. “Jericho does something to piss him off. And you know, as Jericho pisses him off even more,” Hager laughed. “
