21st century space race: U.S. sending nuclear reactor to moon

The U.S., China and Russia are racing to get nuclear reactors to the moon. The goal is to figure out how to provide power to the moon during the two week period it doesn't see sunlight. Experts say the U.S. has legal backing to do this.
