MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - There was just 13 seconds left on the clock in the WIAA Sectional Championship last November. Mount Horeb-Barneveld held the lead and felt themselves get closer and closer to advancing on to the next round of WIAA’s.

However, in those final moments as the Vikings were seeking ways to run down the clock, Catholic Memorial found a way to run down into the end zone.

Mount Horeb’s season was cut short in heartbreaking fashion.

But the Vikings still found a way to bounce back, and they found it in the offseason.
