Tequilas D’Oro Mexican Restaurant opened in late July at 9753 Deer Lake Court in Tinseltown.

It takes over a space that once was used by Taverna Yamas Greek Cuisine and Yamas Hookah.

The restaurant specializes in tequila and has three bars, two outdoor dining areas with 22 tables and another 40 tables inside. The building is 8,365 square feet.

The Tequilas D’Oro website says it has a salsa bar and guacamole is prepared table side. Food is prepared with the restaurant’s own seasoning blend.

The menu includes such Mexican items as fajitas, nachos, enchiladas, empanadas, queso, ceviche, quesadilla, flautas, chimichangas, burritos and tacos. There are also steak, pork and seafood dishes. There is a separate lunch menu with weekday specials served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
