Flames tore through a roof deck at a building along Front Street in Philadelphia's Old City section in an incident that kept fire crews working early Monday morning.

According to officials, crews responded at about 6 a.m. to a fire at a roof deck at a building near the intersection of North Front and Callowhill streets.

During the morning, a neighbor -- who identified himself as "Tony Soprano" -- told an NBC10 crew that he was awoken by a neighbor who believed his home was on fire when the flames initially erupted.
