Weyburn City Council will meet tonight in Council Chambers at City Hall at 6 p.m., with a fairly packed agenda for the only meeting of August.

Director of Leisure Services Richard Henning will present the 2025 to 2028 Leisure User Rates for approval.

Planning and Development Coordinator Shara-lee Malcolm will also present her recommendation for a home-based business application for an apparel and beauty product retail business on Ninth Street.

A special occasion application will be reviewed from the Weyburn Agricultural Society for a liquor license for their Board Member Appreciation Pig Roast event on August 23rd.

A Civic Property Name Change request is also up for approval from Weyburn Minor Football. If passed, the Weyburn Minor Football Field would be called, 'Brent Allin Field'. B
