Laureano sustained a fracture in his right index finger on Sept. 24 and will be out at least through the Wild Card Series, manager Mike Shildt said.

Kyle Tucker and Cade Horton, Cubs

Tucker (left calf strain) was back with Cubs on Sept. 23 after meeting with physical therapy group in Tampa, Fla. Manager Craig Counsell said the goal is to have Tucker back as a DH for the final series against St. Louis starting on Sept. 26.

Horton was removed after three innings in his Sept. 23 outing against the Mets with back tightness . He was set to undergo an MRI on Sept. 24.
