A town has been left in shock after the deaths of five people in a road crash in Portugal.
Twin brothers Afonso and Domingo Serrano, 20, from Thetford in Norfolk, died along with their parents Domingos Serrano, 55, and Maria Serrano, 51, and a young woman, reported to be girlfriend of one of the young men.
All five died after their hire car was involved in a head-on crash near Castro Verde in the south of the country just hours after they had landed in Faro for a holiday to visit relations in Portugal.
A post on GoFundMe by their daughter-in-law Catia Vieira said the rented car had burst into flames, killing everyone inside.
Ms Vieira said: "They are a very lovely family, very loved from everyone around. They knew so many people around and the twins too."
