JENNINGS COUNTY, Ind. – The Jennings County Sheriff’s Office arrested an 18-year-old woman on Attempted Murder charges for a stabbing in Geneva Township on Sunday, August 10.

At approximately 6 p.m., the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of multiple people stabbed at a residence in Geneva Township.

Deputies arrived within minutes and located multiple victims suffering from serious injuries and took the alleged suspect into custody without further incident. Deputies immediately rendered life-saving aid, including the application of multiple tourniquets. Emergency Medical Services requested two medical helicopters to the scene. Three patients were ultimately treated, two of whom were airlifted to trauma centers for advanced care.
