MEDINA COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - A 52-year-old Painesville woman was killed in a crash Sunday morning on I-71 northbound in Westfield Township.

Ohio State Highway Patrol Troopers said Tracy Hodgkinson was a passenger in a Ford 250 that was hauling a fifth wheel trailer.

The driver, Benjamin Hodgkinson, 41, of Painesville, was driving, when he was sideswiped by the driver of a Chrysler 200 traveling at a high rate of speed, said troopers.

Tracy, who was ejected from the vehicle, was taken by Life Flight to Akron City Hospital where she died from her injuries.
