NEW TOWN — A New Town man has been charged in McKenzie County for the delivery of fentanyl which was linked to the death of a man in late July.
On Aug. 1, Anthony Jermane Daniel was charged with delivery of controlled substance-fentanyl, a Class B felony, and unlawful manufacture or delivery of drug paraphernalia-Schedule I, II, III-pack, repack, conceal, a Class A misdemeanor.
