According to NFL insider Jeremy Fowler, via his official X (formerly Twitter) account, running back Alexander Mattison suffered a neck injury that will require surgery and will keep him out for the remainder of the season.
“Dolphins RB Alexander Mattison has a neck injury that requires surgery, per sources. He’s expected to make a full recovery but will be out for the 2025 season. Has full strength and motion. Seven-year vet was having a quality camp in Miami.,” the insider reported via @JFowlerESPN.
