New York State Rep. Zohran Mamdani , the Democratic nominee for mayor of New York City , is launching the Five Boroughs Against Trump tour on Monday to speak to voters about how the Trump administration ‘s agenda is hurting the city.

Mamdani has ramped up his attacks against President Donald Trump after the latter threatened to cut New York City’s federal funding if the socialist candidate wins the general election in November. Trump is also reportedly considering intervening in the city’s mayoral race in some capacity.
