(WSPA) - The Clemson Tigers and the University of South Carolina Gamecocks both ranked in the Top 15 in The Associated Press Top 25.

The No. 4 Tigers received four first-place votes and come in one spot ahead of the Georgia Bulldogs.

The No. 13 Gamecocks are ranked in the preseason poll for the first time since 2014, where they entered the season ranked ninth.

The SEC leads the poll with 10 teams in the Top 25. The Big Ten has two of the top three teams while the Big 12 has four ranked teams and the ACC has three.
