FARGO — The North Dakota Highway Patrol has named the drivers involved in a Saturday, Aug. 9, crash that left a motorcyclist dead.
Alex Frank, 31, of Fargo, was driving a 2022 Yamaha Sport Motorcycle south on Broadway toward the intersection with 29th Avenue North at a high rate of speed around 1:55 p.m., the patrol said.
At that time, Rebecca Radeck, 59, of Fargo, was entering the intersection, heading west on 29th Avenue North, in a 2005 Toyota Corolla after the light turned green.
Frank failed to stop at the red light and hit the front passenger side of Radeck's vehicle, according to the Highway Patrol. He was not wearing a helmet and was ejected from the motorcycle.
Frank was taken to Sanford Hospital in Fargo, where he died from his injuries. Radeck was wearing a seat belt and was
