ST. GEORGE, Utah (ABC4) -- Police found two pounds of methamphetamine hidden inside bags of raw shrimp during a traffic stop in St. George, according to St. George Police.

Jose Manuel Reyes Ruiz, 48, was arrested in Washington County on charges of possession with intent to distribute (second-degree felony), endangerment of a child (third-degree felony), and use or possession of drug paraphernalia (class-B misdemeanor).

Just after 7 p.m. on Aug. 2, a St. George police officer conducted a traffic stop on a maroon GMC pickup truck due to dark window tinting. The officer said the window tint was dark enough that they couldn't see the driver, Ruiz, in daylight.
