Medieval Times in suburban Schaumburg has canceled its next scheduled show "out of an abundance of caution" after an emergency water main break in the area sparked a boil order , which is expected to last through Tuesday.

In an email to NBC Chicago, the popular suburban attraction said it made the decision to cancel the upcoming show, initially scheduled for 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, after "careful consideration."

"We have secured clean drinking water for all of our horses and onsite team members," the email added.

Medieval Times said it was contacting guests who had tickets to Tuesday's dinner and tournament, which will be rescheduled for a future date. Guests can also choose a full refund, Medieval Times said.

There was no show scheduled for Monday.
