MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WXIX) - Court documents reveal more details about the pregnant woman’s body that was uncovered in a plastic tote near Jackson Township and the two ensuing arrests.

According to an affidavit, officers in Jackson Township responded to complaints of suspicious circumstances on Aug. 3 in a rural area on Anthony Road adjacent to Twin Creek.

Upon arrival, the officers found the plastic tote screwed shut with a strong smell of decomposition coming from it.

The responding officers moved the tote, causing the lid to come off and reveal the body of a female, later identified as 28-year-old Brittany Fuhr-Storms, wrapped in painter’s cloth and tarp.
