WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (WTNH) — Windsor Locks police say a 16-year-old employee at Spare Time Windsor Locks is recovering after being pinned down by a sweeper bar.

Police said it was around 4:20 p.m. Sunday when they responded to the bowling alley at 129 Ella Grasso Turnpike for a report of a teenager trapped in the bowling lane.

Upon arrival, crews found the 16-year-old unresponsive, with only a faint pulse and shallow breathing. She was taken to Hartford Hospital for treatment and as of Monday, police say she's recovering.
