Maryland Democrats' unserious redistricting ambitions

Like a fluffy poodle chasing a Doberman, Maryland Democrats have attempted to jump into the national mud war known as mid-decade redistricting.

Let’s stipulate that the country would be better off if redrawing congressional maps were firmly restricted to the decennial census, as the Wall Street Journal recently editorialized . Perhaps the courts will listen. We can hope.
