Fulshear officials have filled the city attorney position following the March termination of former City Attorney Byron Brown and the departure of Assistant City Attorney Josh Green in late July.

At an Aug. 5 meeting, Fulshear City Council unanimously appointed Charles Zech of Denton Navarro Rocha Bernal & Zech P.C. as the city’s attorney after an executive session.

“Congratulations, sir,” Mayor Don McCoy said. “Glad to have you as our attorney.”
