HAZELTON, W.Va, — For the second time in a week a guard at Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Hazelton has been transported after being exposed to an unknown substance.

The first incident happened last Wednesday and the second was reported Saturday at 10:15 a.m.

Officials have not disclosed what they believe the substance was.

No other injuries or exposures were reported.

The investigation is ongoing.
