LAKEWOOD, Ohio (WOIO) - FirstEnergy is conducting a town hall meeting Monday at the Lakewood Civic Auditorium to present its infrastructure improvement plan and take questions from residents who have been dealing with repeated power outages in Lakewood and the west side of Cleveland.

The town hall begins at 530 P.M.

Lakewood Mayor Meghan F. George and Cleveland City Councilmembers Brian Kazy and Charles Slife sent a joint letter to PUCO demanding an investigation into the constant power outages.

There were 10 reported power outages in West Park over 60 days period.

In late June, the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) launched an investigation into the outages.
