Many Ohio Jewish college students enjoy the benefit of not feeling alone. Even on a large, sprawling campus, it’s not unusual for them to encounter other Jewish classmates. That is especially true at two universities ranked among the 2024 Hillel International Top 60 Colleges by Jewish Population. The Ohio State University and Miami University both offer students a variety of opportunities to gather safely, celebrate Jewish holidays and even get kosher meals.

Ohio State ranked No. 23 on the Hillel list with 2,777 Jewish undergrad students. The total undergrad population at Ohio State of 44,617 equates to a Jewish undergrad enrollment of 6.2%.
