DENVER (KDVR) — An efficient, affordable solution, but one that has its problems: That is what daily riders said about the Regional Transportation District's light rail and buses in the Denver area.

“I would want to change. I would say that some of the people who use the light rail may not be upstanding citizens,” Denver resident Sean Kamnegieter said.

“People using drugs on the bus, other people having to get on, smell it, see paraphernalia around. It's kind of a little disheartening,” daily RTD rider Tyler Goad said.

A daily occurrence that those at RTD are looking to address. Four members of the homeless outreach team are looking to get people the help they need on time.
