DENVER (KDVR) — A rollover crash on C-470 eastbound is causing traffic delays during rush hour. The right lane remained closed as of 5:20 p.m.

The crash appeared to involve a semitrailer with a dumpable bed. It was unclear if there was a second vehicle involved in the crash.

The crash occurred east of Bowles near Ken Caryl, with minor injuries reported by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office. West Metro Fire Rescue said that it helped extricate one person the vehicle, who was then transported to a hospital.

The semitrailer appeared to have been carrying some stones.

At about 2:40 p.m., the agency first warned motorists to avoid the area if possible due to the heavy traffic delays. • SkyFOX flew over the scene at about 4 p.m. and saw a semitrailer on its side next to the roadway. (KD
