KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Becoming mostly cloudy late with a stray shower possible. Lows will drop into the upper 60s to low 70s with a light wind.

TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy with a passing shower or storm possible, especially in the afternoon. Highs will reach the low to mid 80s. Winds will be southwest at 5-10 mph.

WEDNESDAY: More isolated shower or storms are possible, but it will be of the hit or miss variety. Any storms will contain heavy rain. Otherwise, mostly cloudy and muggy with highs in the low to mid 80s.

LATE WEEK: It looks partly cloudy, hot and humid Thursday and Friday with highs back in the mid to upper 80s. A stray afternoon storm can’t be ruled out. Lows at night will be around 70.
