AUSTIN, Texas — Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects wanted in connection with a robbery of a bachelorette party in Downtown Austin last month.

According to the Austin Police Department, the incident happened around 2:10 a.m. on Saturday, July 19.

APD said the suspects were in a verbal argument with several women in town for the bachelorette party.

A female suspect violently assaulted one of the women, police said. She left the scene with a male suspect in a light-colored van or SUV after robbing the victim.

The female suspect is described as a Hispanic woman between 25 and 40 years old with tattoos on one arm, both thighs and the side of her torso. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jean shorts and gray and white Nike shoes.
