My niece's current favorite song HUNTR/X’s “Golden,” from the soundtrack to the hit Netflix animated film KPop Demon Hunters , managed to nab the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 in the US. It's the ninth K-Pop song to reach no. 1 on the Hot 100, and the first by female lead vocalists. The song was produced by 24, Ido, Teddy, and Ian Eisendrath.

Elsewhere on the chart, Chappell Roan’s “The Subway” debuted at no. 3, making it her highest debut and fourth top ten hit.
