Country singer Zach Bryan has announced he will not perform in Kansas City again following a social media dispute with fans of the Kansas City Chiefs. The conflict escalated over the weekend when Bryan, a Philadelphia Eagles supporter, made a post on X, questioning the absence of Chiefs fans after the Eagles defeated the Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX earlier this year. He wrote, "Where are all the three-peat people from last year:/"

In response to a fan who criticized him for targeting a specific fanbase, Bryan declared, "Please understand I will never play in Kansas City." This statement surprised many, as Bryan had performed in Kansas City just months prior, with shows at the T-Mobile Center in August 2023.

Bryan's comments drew mixed reactions online. Some fans supported him, while others criticized his decision. He later added, "I’ll be about to finish my show and then get a taunting call if I play at that stadium."

Despite his vow, Bryan has several upcoming performances scheduled in other cities. He is set to headline a concert at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco this weekend, followed by shows at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Indiana, and Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor, Michigan, next month.

This incident is not the first time Bryan has had a confrontation with fans. In 2024, he confronted a concertgoer after an object was thrown on stage, hitting a member of his band. He addressed the crowd, asking, "Who threw this?" and expressed his disapproval of such behavior at concerts.

In another incident in May 2023, Bryan requested that a woman be removed from his concert after she attempted to grab his guitar. He stated, "Hey, get her out of here," emphasizing that while he appreciates fan interaction, he does not tolerate aggressive behavior.

As the NFL season approaches, the Eagles are preparing to defend their Super Bowl title, with a highly anticipated matchup against the Chiefs scheduled for September 14.
