INDIANAPOLIS — There's fallout over Pizza Fest in downtown Indy.
The inaugural Indianapolis Pizza Festival was held Saturday afternoon on a portion of Monument Circle. It was a sellout, but a lot of pizza fans are frustrated with how the event turned out.
People who paid between $25 and $55 a ticket are expressing frustration, saying it was oversold and underdelivered.
"Very chaotic. Nobody knew where to go or what lines went where. I didn't see any indicators for bathrooms, any seating," said festival attendee CJ Oesterling. "Everyone was kind of funneling in the entrance, but nothing was clearly marked. It was just kind of like everybody for themselves getting in."
